The quality of the massueses and the rates cant be matched for at-home convenience. Why drag yourself to a generic place when you can have this at home? Its simply AWESOME. The only thing I miss is the nice scented candles. I may have to buy some :).

I love the idea of this app. I travel a lot, have a stressful job, and often need to find a good massage when I'm on the road. Unfortunately there's just too many places I go where it's not available in the area, so it's really not of use to me. I'll try again in a year, maybe, and hope they've expanded their business by then.

I received a Father's Day email granting me credits. I replied that it would be amazing to have more credits to be able to treat my dad to a massage as I recently got layed off. I received An email stating that I should have my dad make an account to receive credits. He already has an account. I am extremely disappointed. I have made many appointments through soothe and am a sarosfied customer but I can't help but feel disrespected by the email I received. You would think they would look At my status as a customer and realize that I am not a cheap skate and am truly going through hard times and simply wish to treat my father to a massage for his special day. I know it may sound mellow dramatic. However, as a loyal customer I am hurt.

Hi Lindsay, Thanks for writing in. I'm sorry to hear about what happened. We absolutely value you as a customer (and your father as well). I can understand your disappointment and frustration, especially after already having booked with us in the past. Please look out for an email from me. I like soothe,it's convenient. I would like to see a reward program in place that gives the customer something back for reaching so many massages. I would also like the option to select a Therapist on duty by profile and maybe read some of the comments left behind from passed customers they've had. I've had quit a few massages from soothe thus far. I've noticed that each Therapist has their own specialty that stands out and I would like to have the option to leave those comments for others to see. Which will I turn give the clients a better insight on how to select their Therapist.

Would be great to be able to read the reviews / stars for the therapist before commitment. Makes little sense to have ratings but not offer that information to the client prior to booking and have the client essentially be stuck with whomever happens to be available.

Our representative never showed and it was so embarrassing because we booked it for the company

Hi Elida, How are you? I'm so sorry to hear about your frustration! I spoke with our Soothe At Work team and it seems like this was a rare, one-off situation. I understand that the massage therapist accidentally locked her keys in her car after arriving to your location. Even though it was an accident, I understand how it can be an inconvenience. I know that our team has been in touch with you to rectify the situation. Again, we do apologize about the situation. We look forward to you having seamless appointments going forward! Sincerely, Hadi Khan Customer Experience Manager
