What an amazing service! Literally one of the best massages I've ever had. The masseuse was professional, friendly, and just fantastic at what she did, so much so that I had to extend my time with her! Thanks soothe! Looking forward to the next one!

On time and totally professional. Booked a morning appointment while staying at an AirBnB in LA. Top (hotel spa) quality massage. My back is usually a mess of knots and tension so the therapist had her work cut out for her. Loved not having to drive home after the massage. Could just relax and enjoy "working from home" for the rest of the day. Will definitely repeat.

The last masseuse showed up late and didn't even make up for lost time and give me a full hour. Better off going to a SPA where there is quality control.

Hi Gehan, Thanks for writing in. I'm so sorry to hear about this experience! I can definitely understand your frustration with the massage therapist being late. I'm sure you're a busy person and this type of situation can interrupt your planning. I saw in your profile that we gave you credit for a 60-minute massage. I'm glad that someone from our team was able to do this for you. I hope you are willing to give us another try and receive the proper Soothe experience. Sincerely, Hadi Khan Customer Experience Manager

It is also the answer to a healthy date: The couples massages are divine. Or a peaceful treat for yourself! I have had about 5 sessions with Soothe and each one of them has been great. It's like Uber for a spa experience. This is a very smart business that delivers.

I definitely enjoyed the flexibility and conveniency of this service. You don't have to wait days or weeks to schedule a massage. I would prefer if I could choose my massage therapist.

Being able to see available therapists, their profiles, and ratings then select the ones to acceptable for the session would be a great improvement. I would use the service a lot more if I didn't have to roll the dice on who will show up. At least if I make a bad pick it's on me.

As a soothe therapist who's also been a soothe client, I love the business. The only thing I can think of is to give therapists a discount on massages.😄
