We love working with SmithRx. Their team members are friendly and the Administrative portal is also very user-to use which makes helping members a breeze with their claim and Rx needs. We highly recommend SmithRx as a PBM!

This company is a Scam. They refuse to Detail the denial of your meds in writing and the staff is not qualified to over draw the providers direct of plan, yet they do. They pretend they are so helpful yet they are making life threatening decisions over doctors. The Dept of Justice is needed asap... this is an absolute tragedy. Hopefully we can stop them before more employees become victims.
