Both my cats like the food and it arrives on time and still frozen every month. I haven’t had any issues.

My cat wouldn’t touch it. Totally misleading ads. Compared to actual product. Chicken salad? Nah. You get puréed Spam that your cat will hate. Thumbs down.

I love you are very flexible in changing items in next orders; and also understanding if kitties have not finish up all the food to push out the order. You are really great.

It’s like 80% moisture Smalls is NOT worth it. AND THEY TOOK $100 from my account… I set up delivery every 8 weeks on purpose. Turns out the first box they send after the discounted sample is the START of the subscription. So basically they delivered food and withdrew a $100 from my account to my surprise. They FORCE you into subscription.

After my sweet Tilly died, smalls sent me some tiny plants. Who does that? It was the nicest thing a stranger has ever done for me.

My cat is very finicky and I end up throwing out about a third of the food. However, the food he does eat, he really enjoys. I would therefore prefer to buy smaller orders and was frustrated by the subscription restrictions. I also had trouble logging into my account. I like the concept and Smalls is transparent about their practices.

We also hear your frustration with the current subscription restrictions and the trouble you've had logging into your account. We apologize for these inconveniences. While our smallest standard recurring box size is typically our Extra Small Box (14 packets) due to shipping and packaging logistics for our fresh, perishable food, we want to help you minimize waste. We can adjust your delivery frequency to be much longer (e.g., every 6 or 8 weeks) so that you receive less food over time, even if the individual box size remains at 14 packets.
