My cats love Smalls! They basically beg for it when it isn’t even time to eat yet. The high protein content is awesome.

The food came as instructed. I was concerned about my order and received prompt support. The cats love the food; we did a sampler package and so far they like everything. They are excited and happy when their bowl is being filled and they have had no transition issues. Thanks, Smalls!

Not only did not my cat NOT like the food, but my order was automatically refilled and got charged $140 for a new box that I will never be getting back due to their ridiculous return policy. This food delivery is going straight to the trash can on arrival - what a waste. Customer service immediately denied my refund request for the automatic subscription and now they're making it a hassle to get the money-back guarantee on the sampler box too. When signing up for a sampler box, you should NOT BE AUTOMATICALLY ENROLLED INTO A SUBSCRIPTION. This is how the refund policy works in tandem with their sign-up service. To ensure they get the most money possible as a gotcha. I will not be recommending Smalls to anyone and advise everyone to seek an alternative.

We are truly sorry to hear about your frustrating experience. It is never our intention to deceive customers or make them feel ripped off. Our Sampler is designed as the first step in a subscription service (as noted on our website and at checkout). You can edit, postpone, or cancel any upcoming order by 8 PM EST on the Thursday before it processes via your Account Portal. We also send a Heads Up email on Monday or Tuesday before your order is set to charge, so you may make any necessary changes. You can check out our full Return and Refund Policy and Terms of Use if you’d like more details: https://help.smalls.com/en_us/returns-and-refunds-policy-rymZqeka https://www.smalls.com/terms-of-use All that said, we genuinely regret that your experience with us was so negative. As for the Money Back Guarantee on the initial Sampler, you may request this by reaching out to our team at [email protected] or text us at 503-487-4303.

My one cat likes it the other one doesn’t. He’s a food connoisseur. I like the convenience of the package. The food smells delicious. I heated up the food for Franklin in the microwave just for seven seconds after it’s been sitting in the refrigerator thawing out. Make sure it’s not too hot when they give it to him. I got the I guess you would call the smooth or the pate because he doesn’t like chunks. He has cancer so he doesn’t eat much right now. He’s on chemo. I’m getting a little better at eating so he eats about an ice cube size portion at least three times a day. I only wish I could order maybe six at a time instead of getting it delivered automatically because he doesn’t need that much. All in all I like this product and so does Franklin. We are working on the food snob, Simba. Lol

We're so happy Franklin is eating better and enjoying Smalls despite his chemo journey – that's wonderful news! We understand Simba is pickier, and you'd prefer smaller orders than our standard 14-packet box. While 14 packets are our smallest due to logistics, we can help: you can extend delivery frequency, or you can postpone/skip orders as needed via your Account Portal. We want to ensure Smalls works for you both!

The food arrived incredibly packaged, which is important in southern FL. My pickiest cat loves the food! I have tried so many brands and she absolutely scoffs this up. My other two cats are still getting used to it - they love pate and I think the change to the ground varieties is part of the process. The options for cats tend to be more limited than for dogs, so I'm so glad for Smalls.

That's great to hear! We're thrilled that your order arrived in perfect condition. It's even more exciting that your pickiest cat has been won over. We also understand that transitioning can be a process for your other two cats, but we're confident they'll come around. We're so glad that Smalls provides valuable options in a market that can sometimes feel limited for cats. Thank you for your wonderful feedback – it truly makes our day!

(I hate for my first review to this company be only 3 stars, but…) My cats absolutely love this stuff. It feels very good knowing that I’m feeding my cats quality food. They have even lost weight, as the vet asked me in awe what I’ve been doing different and praised me about it. I’m very grateful that I have ever come across Smalls, which I have been a loyal customer to for a little over 2 years now I think. Now the reason why I give only 3 stars. Has anyone else experienced poor order filling? I have had to contact Smalls four times now because of either an order not being completely delivered, or that a full order being delivered to me much sooner than needed (which happened once, thankfully at no charge, and the concierge just had the next month’s order be skipped. So I was just left with extra food for the current month lol). But the other three times that my order was only half (even more like a 1/3) delivered, is getting a bit bothersome… Smalls has been very gracious with these mistakes and have given me very good deals to make up for them, and have always ended up giving me what I actually ordered a little later on, but as these mistakes keep continuing, it is of course becoming very inconvenient for me and my cats. They need their food at the time they need it.:( So I don’t know what problems are going on in the order filling department, but please Smalls, do something so these problems are eliminated. Thank you Smalls!!!
