I was able to stay home and treat my Flu symptoms without the need to wait at the hospital in line. I recommend this for anyone that knows how to care for themselves at home and just needs a sicknote for work.

Nobody should need to spend $300 to $3000 to get a doctor’s note for their job. That is what we had before, either urgent care or the emergency room. Now we have this wonderful service. I am so very grateful for this and will continue to sing its praises!

Put the wrong date signed I want a refund

Hi Jared, after you posted this review, we reached out to you by email to fix the issue with the dates and waited more than 24 hours, but received no reply. We had also not received anything from you before the review. The dates on every note are the ones entered by the patient in the intake form. We display them on screen and ask the patient to review them before payment, once on the dates step and again on the final review screen. We don't change any dates on our end. Even when a honest mistake slips through, our support team usually sorts out reasonable date-change requests within a few hours. Our support inbox is still open to help. Under our policies, we accept modification requests within 72 hours of an order. We are still here for you.
