The customer service could not have been better! I accidentally received a double order, and the Underskin team was quick to assure me that not only was I not charged twice, but I was welcome to keep the additional product at no extra charge! I almost can’t wait to use up the product just so that I can order from them again. Repeat customer for life!

I have two bottles I am in love with. The first bottle is the advanced defense booster I use during the day. The second bottle is the Advanced Retinol Booster I use at night. These items were suggested to me by my dermatologist from Ava Med in Beverly hills. Once I tried the first bottle I had to try the retinol version. I am very pleased with my purchases. My skin feels and looks great. The texture is not oily nor does it have a strong smell and it is absorbed quickly... Thank You Under Skin!!

I want to share my experience with U.SK Under Skin. I ordered a facial cleanser, and when I received the package, the product was damaged. I sent an email saying I had an issue with my order, and I received another product at no additional cost. I highly recommend U.SK Under Skin products. Besides being an excellent product, the customer service is spectacular. Thank you!
