The product is amazing. opening the delivery box was not fun. I almost just cut myself with a knife. My husband finished opening th box for me. Can you please package a diffent way? I love your product, but if I cannot get the box opened I may have to fine another way to fill my anti aging needs. The product is amazing, but your packaging needs to change as I am not able to open it on my own.

I ordered the Dermaplump Skin Serum and I've pumped and pumped, but nothing is coming out. Is there a trick to get the serum out?

I made a purchase of two items, and yesterday it was delivered. The shipping was fast, there’s no problem. However, the second item (the face wash) you sent me with an expiration date is in few months. It was all with bubbles already. It is very upsetting because most likely I won’t be able to finish it by the time it expires.

Dear Elena, we are sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We will be happy to exchange the Cleanser you received, for a Cleanser with a later sell by date. The dates you find on the bottles and boxes mark the shelf life date of our products. After that every product is good for another 12 months before it expires. So if the bottle says August 2021, that means you have until August 2022 to use up the products. The bubbles you are seeing have nothing to do with the "age" of the product. It is most likely just air from the products moving around while in transit. Would you mind letting us know what the date on your bottle is? We usually make sure the date is at least 3 months in the future, so our customers have about 15 months to use up the products. But as I said, if you need more time that is perfectly fine and we will be happy to replace it for you. Would you like us to send you a return label? Sorry again and kind regards!
