Scam site This company is owned by a company called kinetix ventures. They own a couple other online casino sites and are generally known for not giving you your redemptions.. they cap your redemptions they come up with other stuff. They just close your account. They won’t let you verify.. do not give them a dime. It is an entire scam.

Hey there, Royal! 👑 Thank you for sharing your concerns - we'd like to address this directly and respectfully. RubyChips is a completely independent platform with its own dedicated support team, its own verification process and its own standards. What happens on another brand simply does not reflect how we operate here. We currently have a growing community of satisfied Royals with no outstanding claims towards redemptions - and we're proud of that. We work hard every day to make sure every verified player receives what they've earned. 💎 We'd kindly ask you not to share inaccurate information about RubyChips specifically - it's unfair to our community and to the players who are genuinely enjoying the experience here. If you have had a personal issue with your RubyChips account specifically, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your account details and we will investigate your case personally and transparently. We're here to help. 👑 Play Bold. Win Free. The RubyChips Team

Great game selection very fun will update to 5 stars after the withdrawal process is done. Made me send in pictures for verification not an unheard of practice just going to see how long it takes for that and for my withdrawal to process.

Hey there, Royal! 👑 Thank you for the kind words and for your patience through the verification process! 💎 You're absolutely right - verification is a standard practice we have in place to protect every Royal on our platform. We appreciate you understanding that! 🙌 We're excited for you to update that review to 5 stars - and we'll do our best to make sure that happens as soon as possible! If you have any questions about your verification or withdrawal status please reach out at [email protected] and our team will be on it right away! 👑 Play Bold. Win Free. The RubyChips Team
