Hard to get bonus
Response from Rubychips· Oct 24, 2026
Hey there, Lisa! 👑 We're sorry rewards have felt hard to come by. Feature rounds land at random during play, and each of our offers comes with its own terms, which can make them feel out of reach at times. If there's a specific offer you expected to receive, reach out to support and they can check your account. 💎 Play Bold. Win Free. The Rubychips Team

Just like every other scam game site out there. They all follow the same script x amount of free spins that they dont actually give you or this much in free SC that you get when you buy the right package and the 2 SC they actually do give you, you can only use on the game they say and you don't win there either. So its just another scam following the same script.

Hey there, Travis! 👑 We're sorry this purchase left you feeling misled, that's not how anyone should feel after picking up a package with us. If any of the free plays or SC from your offer didn't show up the way they should have, our team is already looking into your account to check exactly what was credited. Some promotional SC are tied to specific games under the offer terms, and we understand how limiting that feels when the results don't go your way. Thank you for telling us, and we appreciate the chance to look into this properly. 💎 Play Bold. Win Free. The Rubychips Team

Honestly one of the stingiest apps I've ever used it took over $50 before I finally hit a bonus. All .20¢ spins. Very disheartening. And then on top of it you can't cash out unless you win more than $60. Feels like a hustle to me.

At first the payouts were fast. But now they do not respond and the payouts are moving much slower.

Never win anything here. I have deposited several times and have yet to come close to winning anything worth withdrawing. It's a shame because this casino has a nice setup and potential but until they adjust their games RTP I will no longer play here.

Hi KB, We understand how disappointing it is to play multiple sessions without hitting a win worth redeeming. Outcomes across all our slots are entirely chance-based and driven by certified RNG mechanics, meaning luck can sometimes be tough over a series of spins. We appreciate your constructive remarks about our setup and hope fortune treats you better next time. The RubyChips Team

Hey Talen! 👑 Every spin on RubyChips operates under certified fair-play math, where individual sessions can run hot or cold with complete randomness. We appreciate the shout-out for our prompt support response. We understand how frustrating dry spells feel, but all members play under the exact same odds. Wishing you a better turn of luck when you next spin the reels. 💎 Play Bold. Win Free. The RubyChips Team

The game play is ok, they don’t have live games or dealers. And it takes absolutely way to long to get your winnings.
