Most of the time when I sign up for a new social casino I win right out of the gate. Not with Ruby whatever the hell it's called I don't even know the name of the goddamn website and I don't really care at this point. I spun around 35 SC and never even doubled it. Didn't even win a quarter of the amount. Every slot that I played was a loss. What perfect luck for me to come in on the uptick of the volatility cycle. I didn't play all their games but the three or four that I did play were not lucrative at all. Screw Snoop Dogg and his BAnd naturally they don't offer refunds. Ashley was nice though. She seems like she cares.

Hey Rodney, It is always disappointing when a new platform doesn't start off on a lucky note, and we apologize that your initial games felt so unrewarding. While slot outcomes are random and cannot guarantee early wins on any title, our team is glad that Ashley provided caring service when you connected with support. We appreciate your straightforward feedback and wish you much better luck in your future gaming. The RubyChips Team
