Hi, Last time I stayed here I spoke with the most kind women at the front desk, her name is Cheryl, An african american lady. She made our stay like heaven and very pleasant. Please praise her. Fort Lauderdale

It was amazing

Booked for the week of 12/11-12/16/23. Travel agent notified your hotel many times before my arrival that my wife was very allergic to down/feather pillows, comforters, etc. and the they should be changed to polyester fill. The morning after the first night, my wife woke up with swollen eyes, horse voice and breathing problems. I checked the bedding and the pillows and comforter had down feathers in them. I sent an email with a picture confirming my findings to my travel agent (who was livid and said this was unacceptable) who promptly called your hotel. Management sent up a team to change the bedding. The house keeping manager apologized (he even commented that my wife did not sound very well) and said that they would not charge us for the first night. I said fine. I waited 2 days and went to the front desk to see if I was credited the cost of 1 night. I only saw a $600 credit. I went up to my room and retrieved my itinerary showing that I paid $760 plus 27% tax. Total $965. I waited another day and retrieved a report of my debits and credits. I received another $400 credit. Fine. The morning of checkout, I went to the front desk to settle everything. After my expenses at your hotel, I was left with approximately a $485 credit. I told (Chen Winn?) to credit my credit card. She said that she could not do that. She said they gave me a credit to spend. I told her that no one ever mentioned that the credit the hotel was giving me was for me to spend. All I was told was that I would not be charged for the first night. So, I figured that if I was not paying for the first night, I should be refunded. I was not happy since due to the hotel's neglect, my wife was very close to going to your local hospital. Its a good thing she had a steroid pill to help her breath. I was very close to contacting my lawyer. Brandy became involved (she was on the telephone with my travel agent) as did Tousif Ahsan). They were much more helpful that the first person I spoke to when I tried to check out. After some time, they both agreed to make an exception and refund the $1000. The only stipulation was that they would be crediting my travel agent (who was the one who paid) and they would in turn, refund me. Fine. Again, this was housekeeping mishap was unacceptable and could have cost my wife her life. I also have an issue with BLT and the Italian restaurant giving bottled water even though I asked for regular water. I thought that was your policy of bottled water. I realized that it was not when I received the BLT bill and was charged $20 for 2 bottles. I was now armed with that knowledge for my next dinner at your Italian restaurant. I asked for regular water when prompted. The waiter brought over an already open bottle of water and poured it. This time, when the bill came and I saw that I was being charged $10 for the bottled water, I made a complaint that I ordered regular water and the charge was removed. Does The Ritz need to resort to stuff like this to overcharge the customer? As for the good, the staff was friendly and after that room housekeeping mishap, our room was impeccable for the duration of our stay.

Rapists and people who defend rapists. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Never go there.

Dreadful experience - had to move from one Ritz Carlton (Montreal) to another (Toronto) and they ripped me for one night in Montreal as well as a night in Toronto. Be careful of terms and conditions when booking and don't expect any mercy just because you're being loyal to RC - they don't care!

Complete disaster. My friend spend his birthday in Vienna, stayed for 3 days. Apart from a friendly check-in, the experience was one of the most disappointing Hotel stays our entire lives: The room 612 was not clean, wet carpet, strong smell (barf?), so we requested a new room. We went to Spa, gave the Hotel 2h time to change the room, - they didn't and left us in the wet and stinky room. Only after a new complaint they slowly (!!!) moved us, my friend missed almost his birthday dinner as it took them over 1h to move 2 little packed suitcases from one room to the next (which was a downgrade from the first room). The service during the entire stay was miserable, more 1-star than 5 star handling: very slow, ignorant of customer's need, not helpful, arrogant on front desk. Cherry on the cake was the Wake up call scheduled for 5:30am happened at 04:30am by the Hotel. I feel sorry for my friend whom I convinced to book a 5 star Hotel but ended up the customer service of a bad youth hostel. Would not recommend ever again despite good location and nice interior.

Great company. I love staying here and the service is perfect.
