To be honest, before I didn't even think about how important it was to have a reliable outfit and gear for walking and exercising with my dog. But when Retrieverworx came into our lives, a lot of things changed. It's not just a brand - it feels like someone actually thought about me and my dog. I have a golden retriever - kind, active, very smart. And like many owners of large and energetic breeds, I've always had a question: how can we make our walks and training sessions comfortable, safe and yet stylish? Retrieverworx has proven to be a real eye-opener. The first thing that picks up is the quality. The materials are durable, you can feel that the thing will not fall apart after a couple of weeks of use. Harnesses, leashes, dummies for opportunizing - everything is thought out to the last detail. Sturdy carabiners, comfortable handles, ease of use - and yet everything looks neat, stylish, nothing superfluous. It doesn't look “technical” but it still works 100%. I really liked their approach to design. The colors are understated, but modern. No screaming neon aesthetics - just taste and practicality. I was especially pleased with the waterproof and dirt-repellent fabric. In the fall and spring, it's just a salvation!

Hi Bruce, We are glad you like the products you purchased. Your umbrella was packed in a protective sleeve and the case you purchased within a 200 lb crush rated box marked FRAGILE. Did it arrive damaged? We can help you file a claim with the postal service if it did and get it replaced. Please let us know how we can improve. We want happy customers!

Hi Tim, we emailed you that your order will be shipped on 3/1 and apologize for the delay. Hi Tim, Our tracking shows your item was delivered on 3/7. If you don’t have your order we would be happy to replace it. Please start by contacting us first as we can only see that the item was delivered from our end instead of venting here. If you read our other reviews we offer great customer service. We can have you sign for it on delivery to ensure you receive it. We will send out a replacement tomorrow.
