Be sure to measure first
The xl board was too small for my boy. He is a large GSD and it just didn’t work for us. Return is a bit cumbersome but we made it happen.

Actual design vs website image
A little disappointed in the actual image print. It doesn’t look like the image on the order site. Not sure if that was explained in the description or not.

When the fabric goes to print there is variation in color and pattern so each umbrella may actually look different. We are the only supply company that offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with any Retrieverworx product please contact us and we will send a return label and refund your money.

Mix up due to poor paperwork
My order was forgotten, then mixed up with another person's order. In the end, I received my product and am very satisfied with it.
