I was shocked by how beautiful and comfortable this location was. Truly, it deserves five stars. I really enjoy travel and hotel stays, and this location is magnificent, in my opinion. Thank you so much for the hospitality, and you will see me very, very soon.

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been trying to get a refund for cancellation on hotel. They stated if I submitted an email from hotel in which hotel itself was accepting of cancellation and refund request that I would get refund. This company is impossible to deal with. My credit card was already charged 2 days before I would have even checked into hotel. I just want my refund. This is RIDICULOUS!
Response from Reservations Portal· Sep 14, 2026
Your refund was processed earlier today. It may take 5-10 business days for funds to settle. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to each out at [email protected]

I had military orders that dropped on…
I had military orders that dropped on my planned stay. I asked for a waiver for the $250 moving days fee. They asked for documentation which i submitted to them 3 separate times. I had 3 separate tickets and I never got a proper response . It seems like just an AI generated response that goes no where. Do not use this website- just connect to hotel directly- that way if anything comes up, you can at least deal with real people who understand military orders and respect them. RESPONSE: I sent my documentation 3 separate occasions and I have the emails and screenshots to prove it. Your response is absolutely not true. I sent documentation sept 2.
Response from Reservations Portal· Sep 13, 2026
We're sorry this happened. We sent you two requests, on September 7 and September 12, asking you to resend your documentation because we could not locate what you had submitted. Both show as delivered, and we did not receive a reply to either. Those requests were written and sent by a person on our team, not automated. We understand that military orders are not optional and we take fee waiver requests tied to them seriously. If you still have the documentation, please reply directly to either of those emails with it attached and we will review the request right away.

Very misleading
Very misleading! Was booking off the hotel site for 1 night. Checked in hotel. Upon arrival the Marriott property had an off damp smell. Once in the room after an hour bad sneezing and itching. Throat is getting sore, eyes watery. Highly allergic to black mold I never used anything in the room. Even took pictures to prove I didn’t use anything. Went down to the front desk to get a refund and check out of the hotel and that’s when they said they will not refund. It was not booked through them. Trying to contact anyone from the site is a nitemare. No option to speak to anyone regarding the issue at the hotel and mold in room as I was highly allergic and having a hard time breathing. Over $300 for a night at Marriott Renaissance in Addison Texas the front desk woman in the evening was rude. I had to ask multiple times for a print out for proof of checking out and not staying at the hotel. Told her about the situation she didn’t care to even accommodate. Don’t ever stay there or book through this site!!!

I wish the resort fees and incidentals were included when I reserved and paid for the room. Didn’t really use anything at MgM except to sleep.

Cockroach’s in the room
Cockroach’s in the room, in 5 days the room was never cleaned, had to clean and make my own bed, had to ask for clean towels. I’m on vacation and I shouldn’t have to do that. Couldn’t go to another place because we planned our vacation around the rate of the room. The staff however was very nice. I wasn’t offered any compensation for the roaches.
Response from Reservations Portal· Sep 15, 2026
Hi, John. We're sorry to hear about your stay. Unfortunately, as a independent travel network we cannot provide any assistance regarding the cleanliness or state of the room, but we're happy to hear the staff at the hotel was accommodating when bringing up the issue.
