. Reputation Defender was recommended to me. Because I needed protection of personal information and my location. The gentleman discussed all the options to me in a way that was easy to understand. Reputation Defender has been true to what they said in keeping my personal information private. I renewed the contract and upgraded the service that Reputation Defender provides. It has given me peace of mind.

there is no doubt about the experience and the ability this company has, thorough investigation with multiple options given to the customer. and it is obvious to me that they are not after the money , in cases they are able to help without any payment , they will do it. I highly recommend this company and many thanks to Chris Burton the agent who helped me .

Hi Meekada, Thanks for taking the time to review us. We sincerely appreciate the kind words. While we are obviously in business to make a profit, we believe that helping people solve their reputation problems---regardless of what's in it for us---is the best way to garner positive word-of-mouth advertising and build our own good reputation.

I would like to take an opportunity to share my experience regarding Reputation Defender Inc. I commenced using their services in March 2019 and currently in the year long process of hopefully resolving my particular issue, which aroused from an individual (s) providing false information to a publication. To date, from the sales representative Dil Pandit, to my account manager Yorick Hampton, they have always been very responsive and attentive to my questions and concerns. I must also add that I'm extremely pleased with the kindness and compassion Yorick has shown in helping me rectify this harmful situation. Sincerely, BJS

Reputation Defender is by far the best in their industry. They have set the bar as high as it will go! Don't waste your money on any of the other companies on the market who don't actually do what they claim to do, simply because such companies actually don't have the software programs to get the job done right. Reputation Defender actually holds a patent on their system that is specifically designed to increase positive content on the internet and suppress the negative. Reputation Defender employs a staff of engineers with PhDs, as well as highly skilled and trained professionals from other specialties. Their support staff and team take pride in their product and professionalism, and will work tirelessly to exceed your expectations! Reputation Defender also will teach you how to continue to improve and build your positive digital presence on your own without their assistance after they have laid the necessary foundation for you. If you go with Reputation Defender, you actually walk away with a product that will continue to work for you and which you can edit and augment if you wish.

Hi CG, This review is absolutely amazing. If a company could blush, consider us blushing. As pioneers in the reputation management industry, we have learned a lot over the years--not only about the technology and processes involved in building a strong online reputation---but also about the value inherent in generating trust. As such, we strive to earn that trust during every interaction with our customers. We also try hard to live out our mission of empowering people online, and we are thrilled to hear that you feel confident in your ability to manage your reputation on your own. Please stay in touch and let us know if we can help you in any other way.

In an age where one feels that everyone else is out to 'get' one, it is indeed a refreshing change dealing with Reputation Defender who probably could have conned me out of a nice bit of change BUT who chose to be transparent and advise me that there is no need for me to employ their services. What a positive experience I had dealing with this organization and I highly recommend that you do too - with confidence. Thanks Reputation Defender for a kind and caring experience.

Thanks, Kenneth. If a company isn't honest during an initial consultation, then it doesn't deserve your trust or your business. We try hard to be as transparent as possible so that every potential client can make an informed decision.
