They absolutely suck. Charging after you have told them you do not want thier services because it does not work. They absolutely suck. Now I have to get my bank involved to get my money returned. This has been going on for months.

Overall we achieved the result we wanted ie getting less desirable Internet profile away from early page searches. However, the communication from my account manager was at times very poor. One incorrect article was not corrected for weeks despite emails, phone calls etc. It was eventually corrected. That being said he was very respectful and decent in interactions.

Hi, Erica. We submitted the Outdated Content Request to Google for you as a favor when you called us. According to Google, the page that we originally submitted has been removed. However, there appears to have been more than one page (URL) at that website containing the same content, and the second page replaced the first one in your search results. We have submitted a second request to Google today and will wait to see if that works – Google’s processing times and responses can vary. If it does not work, you might need to hire a reputation management company to push the search result off of the first page.
