Jay Jones was my point person with whom I had direct communication over the year of working with Reputation Defender. He consistently was wonderful at keeping me informed about the strategies being employed on my behalf, listening to me about what I needed, discussing my unique challenges and open to integrating my input. The materials written on my behalf for posting on the internet by the writing team, about my areas of professional expertise, were well researched and well presented. Occasionally these mini-essays needed some input from me to reflect more directly what I do; my suggestions were always respected and incorporated. Overall, there was some improvement in helping my online reputation challenge, and Jay and I spoke about future strategies. As always, Jay listened to me and was gracious in honoring my decision, based largely on financial concerns, to put this process on hiatus. I hope to be able to resume working with Jay and the Reputation Defender team at a future date, and would definitely recommend their services to people I know.

Reputation Defender has helped me to avoid issues that can and do arise from having my address, phone number, and email available to the public on the internet. I have learned that even when requests are made by Reputation Defender on my behalf, sometimes the online entity will repost my information after a certain time has passed. Therefore, the notion that individuals like myself can control the information online without help is absurd. It requires constant monitoring. And that monitoring is probably more useful than security cameras for example because this service provided by Reputation Defender reduces the likelihood of being targeted altogether by taking personal information out of circulation (based on my specific preferences for personal information I want removed). My personal information taken out of circulation on the internet prevents other unwanted issues. This is not just for wealthy people who have disposable income, this is for people who cannot afford to risk their personal information falling into the wrong hands. Cliff has been my representative.
