DO NOT USE. About a week ago I reached out to get prescribed something for weight loss. After my payment being taken out of my account, a doctor reached out and asked me questions, this went on for about 2 days. After all of this he then came back saying he was denying me, this is the last I have heard from anyone. I have messaged about a refund countless times, emails support a few times, nothing. I still have not received my 297 payment back. Someone has reached out and I have received my money back. I will stay updated

Just joined yesterday, and disappointed because they advertise overnight shipping. Then get a email this morning say its delayed because of demand. Also tried to go into my portal and changed the PW and still won't let me get in. I emailed support and help but all I got was. "We got your email" Hope this wasn't a bad choice going with them. I feel a lot better Jasmin reached out to me and gave me the info I needed. I will raise their stars for now, see how long it takes to get them. Will keep updated!

I ordered and paid on October 23rd and have not received the priduct or even a tracking I ended up getting the medication late, so I began taking the medication. It made me feel sick, so I ended it. I was told by reflex md that I would be receiving a call or email 4 weeks from the time I began taking it. November 3rd. They did not get back until today. December 11th. The email said to consult with their doctor so he can evaluate if the medicine was still a viable option. Then, before I was able to respond, they sent an invoice showing they took $497 from my account dated the 9th. Absolute fraud and violates the fact that you need a doctors permission to take the medicine. Now they won’t answer calls. Completely criminal.
