I have been with ReflexMD 4 months. Always received med within 3 days of doctor’s approval. Service was excellent until they switched to a pharmacy in Texas. Customer service worked out the issue but I am concerned there may be delays in the future with changing pharmacy. Weight loss has been consistent. Easy to use injection. Customer Service is responsive.

First month went as planned. second month i was charged on the 1st. no shipment..... started to inquire about the 10th or so.... new got an answer, just a we will look into it several times. the only pleasant thing i can say is that once i tracked down a phone number, it was easy to cancel.

My medicine arrived within 3 days since my online appointment with my doctor. I was a little nervous to give myself the injection (even as a nurse) but once I overcame my fear it was easy. The needles are tiny and it doesn’t hurt at all. I am excited to see if it works because I have been eating healthy and exercising with little success.
