UPDATE 1/23/24: A neighbor received my package and brought it to me. ReflexMD subsequently reached out to me and I told them about my bad experience with FedEx, which was not the fault of ReflexMD at all, because the address on the package was correct. I am completely satisfied with the products and service from ReflexMD. I’m happy with the service and product from ReflexMD, but am VERY unhappy with FedEx. I got an email confirmation of delivery with a photo of my package sitting on some porch that was not MINE! They delivered it to the wrong address!

Order was shipped to wrong state although FedEx delivered it to address on pkg. I have sent numerous emails with no response. They took the money and ran. Terrible service from a medical provider.
