We started Refills because we've lived what it's like to wait too long for care, and watched people we love go without treatment that existed, simply because the system made it too hard to reach. So we built something simpler. Refills connects you with a licensed provider in your state for a personalized care plan, then makes prescriptions and refills easy to manage, no runaround, no membership fees, no surprise charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. When you need us, we're actually there, a support team that picks up the phone and listens, whether it's a quick question or a complex refill.Already a patient? We'd love to hear about your experience. Leave a review below.

Money came out of my account August 6. Today is August 24 and still no medicine. I spoke with someone twice that both said they were expediting it to the pharmacy and I should receive it within 3-5 days. That was a week ago and still nothing. Do not recommend this company.

We're very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this situation must be, especially after waiting several weeks and being assured that your order was being expedited. This is not the level of service we strive to provide. We would appreciate the opportunity to investigate what happened with your prescription and shipping status so we can work toward a resolution as quickly as possible. Please contact our support team directly with your full name and order details, or send us a private message on [email protected]/[email protected] so we can locate your account and assist further. We sincerely apologize for the delay and the inconvenience this has caused, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

My representative, Lucy, was very clear, concise and made sure to answer any and all questions I may have had about the program, medication or anything else. She told me at the beginning of the call approximately how long it would take, and asked if it was a convenient time. I really appreciated the courtesy.

18 days after signing up and paying for Refills' services - nothing received, no notice sent to the pharmacy, customer support barely responds, and the website was down for half the time. I was promised a partial refund from Refills, but that never went through despite me asking about it several times. Awful business, awful customer support, unable to fulfill any order or request. Avoid!
