I have been trying to reach my doctor with questions about changes to my medication. After multiple messages with days between responses, I was told that I can't reach him because I don't have a current order in their system and I have to reach him through the older portal. I requested a link and was given one to the same portal on which this whole exchange has been happening. I requested a different link a week ago and haven't heard back. This is exceptionally frustrating. In the past, refills.com has always been responsive and easy to reach. This experience made me feel brushed off. I'm not sure what is going on over there, but I hope it changes as I will be looking for another pharmacy.

I received the medication from a doctor’s prescription and a licensed pharmacy. But, my refill has not shipped and I will be out as of this week. I still expect it to come, it’s been approved and is waiting to be filled. Good service overall, a bit slower than I would like.
