I tried to cancel my order within minutes of ordering, but was told that my rx was already at the pharmacy being filled. It has now been two weeks and I still don't have that order.

Sharon was very accommodating. When she first called she told me the call would be approximately 10 minutes. When I didn’t have that time she asked for a good time and then called at exactly the agreed time. The call did last 10 minutes. Sharon was very polite and explained in thorough detail the next steps.
