We started Refills because we've lived what it's like to wait too long for care, and watched people we love go without treatment that existed, simply because the system made it too hard to reach. So we built something simpler. Refills connects you with a licensed provider in your state for a personalized care plan, then makes prescriptions and refills easy to manage, no runaround, no membership fees, no surprise charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. When you need us, we're actually there, a support team that picks up the phone and listens, whether it's a quick question or a complex refill.Already a patient? We'd love to hear about your experience. Leave a review below.

I ordered from refills.com on 12/29/25. I did not receive an email or confirmation #. Nor did I receive a call from a dr as stated in the info provided online. I did not receive a tracking number so had no idea when my medication would arrive. I tried to call the company and was told I could not speak to a supervisor. It was against their policy. Do not do business with this company, their practices are not legit and you will be throwing your money away. Also, if they don't have a physician available how do we know we are getting the correct medication or if it's even a legit glp med???

I have yet to receive my order placed on 12/31. The communication via your chat service is nonexistent. Submitted several messages, asking what the status of my order was, and heard nothing. I had heard that customer service was fantastic. So far, not so much. Hopefully this improves.
Response from Refills· Jan 9, 2026

Order was supposed to be taken care of within 48-72 hrs. Here i am a week later, out my money, and missed a week of dosage because support is unreliable. This is medical neglect
