So far great! I switched to refills after getting charged $199 a month for medication and an extra membership fee total $375 from a different provider. The thing was I was never told or charged extra fees til the 2nd month. Think about it though, how many people do they get $350 off of, whether or not they cancel? Refills has no hidden fees!

A little slow in responding after the intake & payment, but it was also a holiday weekend. After that, all went smoothly. Emails/msgs were sent keeping me in the loop.

Well I was told about refills three friends and family about the price never changing and how they pay $159 month I was very excited to try refill and especially when they offered me 40% and a New years special discount I was told to answer questions and when I was done they totally charged me $199 dollars with no discount I was very disappointed I called and was not offered a discount or refund until I said I will just get the product then cancel and I had and agent email me and offer me the price every month of $159 for February and was told I can get a partial refund from the $199 but yet to receive it or hear back from the young lady so I’m still undecided of what I’m going to do .My experience wasn’t that good so I gave 3 stars..
