We started Refills because we've lived what it's like to wait too long for care, and watched people we love go without treatment that existed, simply because the system made it too hard to reach. So we built something simpler. Refills connects you with a licensed provider in your state for a personalized care plan, then makes prescriptions and refills easy to manage, no runaround, no membership fees, no surprise charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. When you need us, we're actually there, a support team that picks up the phone and listens, whether it's a quick question or a complex refill.Already a patient? We'd love to hear about your experience. Leave a review below.

Everything was simple and shipping was fast. The only issue I ran into was with the amount of time it took to get my prescription filled. I feel like they forgot about me, but once I reached out to customer support, it was handled by the next day.

This is the worst company. The doctor and the customer service will not get back to you. They don’t give you any information on your prescription. You won’t even know how to take the medication. Do not go through this company.
