My front camera developed a problem, and it was way past the warranty period, but upon contacting RedTiger customer service, they sent out a new unit and it is now working great.

I have owned a REDTIGER F7NP for a couple of years now and it has operated and functioned great. I am able to effortlessly record my front and rear view perfectly. Unfortunately, one day it just stop working, there was no view and would not record anything. I had no idea what to do and Googled a few troubleshooting tips until I was directed towards their website where they have a vast and easy to read, step-by-step manual, tips and tricks for every camera. I followed the instructions and upgraded the firmware with no issue at all. However, the camera still did not operate. At this point I am beyond frustrated. Until, I reached out to customer service for help and what do you know, right before my very own eyes an angel emerged, Emma! From the very first interaction, the care, attention to detail and customer service in general was nothing short of amazing. Every question and concern I had was addressed and explained without fail. I was given the initial steps to resolve the issue. When that failed, I was given options to completely dissolve any doubt and rectify the issue to my satisfaction. I am now able to record my travels and enjoy my dashcam. Thank you REDTIGER, your time, effort and consideration has earned you a customer for life.

I’ve been using the REDTIGER dash cam for almost three years now, and it has proven to be a reliable and high‑quality product. Recently, I experienced their after‑sales customer service, and I can confidently say it was one of the best support experiences I’ve ever had. The team was responsive, helpful, and truly stood behind their product, which reinforced my decision to stick with REDTIGER for the long term. I would honestly recommend REDTIGER to anyone looking for a dependable dash cam, extended warranty, and exceptional after‑sales customer service.

Redtiger has a great aftersale assistance. Help to find camera problem first, then replace the camera when no other soloution left. A rare example of unique professionalism

I bought two REDTIGER 4K Dash Cam Front and Rear F7NP units about 3 years ago, and both worked very well during this time. Unfortunately, after 3 years, one of the cameras failed. I contacted REDTIGER support to ask if there was any way to restart it, reset it, or troubleshoot the issue. I was expecting some basic advice, but their response was much better than expected: they offered to send me a replacement unit. Even more impressive is that the camera was bought from Amazon UK, and the replacement was sent to my new address in a different country within Europe. It is rare to see a company support a customer like this after several years of ownership. REDTIGER handled the situation professionally and showed that they stand behind their products.

Emma replied me from the begining. all team, leading Emma were great. Made effort to find any solution. at the end, because of my living country the only solution left is refund and they did it without hesitation. Great work, great experience for me as well.

Stellar experience! Prompt replies, kind support, and above-and-beyond service. I was truly touched that they replaced my dashcam even though it was outside the warranty period. Excellent customer service and highly appreciated.
