Great customer service from REDTIGER.The lady Emma was very helpful and cooperative throughout the time i had questions about the dashcam. They guided me all way till the end and ensured that Im satisfied with my purchase and if not happy my money is safe and will be refunded without any questions asked.

Hi! I am very much pleased with Redtiger Customer Support. Even impressed. My front camera stopped showing picture after two years of fine service. And the records were blank. Redtiger sent me a complete refurbished set right away. Free of charge. Even though I had bought my set on Amazon. That is a real Customer SUPPORT! I actually bought two sets. One is still working fine. I wish Redtiger profitable businees and more customers. I wish every driver to have a Redtiger dash cam and not have a situation when they actually need it! Mikhail S. The company customer service is excellent. When I had problems with my f7n dashcam and I related my issues to Customer service, the response for troubleshooting was detailed and extensive and did not stop until I had a working dashcam. Redtiger stands behind its products and I highly recommend them.

Had an issue with me device and I randomly messaged them at 11pm. You would think I’ll get an answer next business day but NO, I got help within 20 minutes and got my issue taken care of right away. THAT’S customer service..

I purchased the A4 car cameras. I was having trouble getting it to function properly and reached out. I received a message back very quickly. We worked together to resolve the issues and ultimately Redtiger sent me a replacement. I had some issues with the new one but Emma in customer service walked me through all the steps and I realized I had not used the power cord that came with it and instead used one from a previous device. It has worked great ever since. I’m sure the one I sent back most likely works fine since I didn’t have the proper power cord then. This happened over the course of a few weeks since I was recovering from pneumonia during that time. Emma was great and super patient with me. Great product and even better customer service! I highly recommend them both.
