I have never complained about past orders. However, when ordering madallions I have not always gotten the same as what I've ordered. Either wrong year, or gotten a bronze coin as month for year I ordered.
Response from Recoverychip· Oct 27, 2025
Thank you for your feedback, Tim. We sincerely apologize for the order inaccuracies you've experienced - receiving the wrong year or coin type is not acceptable. We take quality control seriously and would like to make this right. Please reach out to us directly so we can resolve this issue and ensure your future orders are accurate. We appreciate your patience and continued business.
