Hi Pat, we sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration surrounding this order. We sent two separate shipments-one through USPS and one through Amazon-and both were tracked as delivered. Amazon's delivery record even included a photo of the package at your house, and all tracking details were provided to you. We also contacted USPS, which confirmed via GPS tracking that its package was delivered to the cluster mailbox. Because you still could not locate the order, we sent an entirely new replacement package via UPS, which is now in transit. We understand the multiple shipment notifications were confusing, and we are sorry this experience fell short of what you should expect from us.

I want to share the full picture: your order was placed the evening of August 1 and we purchased the shipping label and fulfilled it on August 4. At checkout, the shipping method selected was our standard economy service (quoted at 3-10 working days), not a priority or expedited option. Per the tracking, the package was handed to your local Clinton, MA post office and was delivered today, August 13, which falls within that standard window. Had an expedited option been chosen, it would have arrived much sooner. We completely understand how important the milestone date is, and we'd genuinely like to make this right. Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, and congratulations on 9 years clean — that's a milestone worth honoring. I'm sorry your chip didn't arrive. To keep medallions affordable, small single-chip orders ship via USPS First-Class letter mail, which doesn't include tracking. Because of that, we rely on customers to let us know if a chip doesn't show up so we can send a replacement right away — and we're always happy to do so at no charge. Our team emailed you a couple of times to check whether the chip had arrived, but we didn't hear back. Your order has been refunded.

Thank you for being a returning customer, and I'm truly sorry this order didn't reach you. I understand how frustrating it is to wait for something that never shows up. For full transparency: your package was picked up by USPS on April 19 via Ground Advantage, but it never received a tracking scan after that initial handoff — which usually means it was lost somewhere in the USPS network before it could be processed. Unfortunately, once a parcel goes unscanned, we have no way to locate it on our end. We received your PayPal dispute before we had the chance to coordinate a replacement, and the refund was issued to you in full right away. That refund stands regardless of the outcome.

Hi Steve, I’m sorry for the confusion here. After reviewing your order, the item selected at checkout was an 18-month medallion, which is what was shipped. I do see that “Year Confirmed: 2 years” was also selected, and I understand how that could create the expectation of a 2-year chip.
