Made the switch from Straight Talk and Metro PCS. Cyan not only helped me set up and carry over my old numbers, she handled Straight Talk's customer service when they wanted to be difficult. Color me surprised. Reach's customer service is even better than walking in to a Metro PCS store. Thank you, Cyan, for a stress-free switch. Service is great as well.

We get it. The last thing you want to do is have to contact your mobile customer service reps. We know that can feel like a burden (to your time and mental capacity) so we like to lighten the load whenever we can. Just know that you always have someone on your side when you're a customer of Reach Mobile. Making the process easy is what we strive for!

Just signed up with Reach mobile. The customer service was very polite and helpful. Balvinder helped my wife and I with all the questions we had, and truly wanted to make the transition easy. We are switching from Verizon and plan on saving at least 50 a month, and Balvinder made us see that alot easier. Highly recommend Reach mobile so far with there pricing and customer service.

We love our customer success team. They always have the needs of the customer at the forefront. Our #1 goal is that you get the REAL answers that you need, not the sugar-coated fluff that you want to hear. We're in it for the long term, not to make a quick sale. Happy to see that you got the human-to-human service that you deserve!

Jules was extremely helpful in explaining how to get started with Reach. She walked me through every step and was patient as it took over an hour to get all of my questions answered and work through the steps with my current carrier to get the information needed to make the transfer. I'm looking forward to saving money, and I appreciate the fine service!
