Freeda was such a help for me that I am not handy or good with technology! she was amazing Reach Mobile is the way to go! save yourself some money with them!

I had an issue activating my service, and after sending a text for help, Freeda responded quickly and was able to take care of everything for me. Really knowledgeable, and activation went smoothly.

There was a minor issue with porting my number, but Kiran was very helpful and friendly and resolved the issue quickly. Overall, I have a really good initial impression of the company.

So far service is great, does not differ at all from Verizon my former provider, and the price is so much better. Also, customer service is excellent, very professional, very helpful. For those of us who don't have the latest 5G phone and don't need the latest 5G service, ReachMobile is the way to go. I live in an area where only Verizon networks work. ReachMobile uses Verizon 4G network, so I pay a lot less for the same quality network access. Thanks, ReachMobile!
