The price was great and I was happy it was pure cotton, but the "weave" was extremely loose on all 5 rope toys. The first one I gave my 27lb dog was unraveled and destroyed within 30 minutes or so. Rope toys normally are the longest lasting and my dog will have them for weeks and weeks. I was just so surprised that they were not wound/twisted much tighter like typical rope.

Customer service was great but assembly instructions were 1 star. Paper instructions enclosed were very confusing. Quality of paper instructions was terrible. Cmon man.
