Received our reorder of PVC bird house inserts and all is well. The price and shipping charges have gone up significantly such that we are going to consider getting a bird house that does not need inserts.

Hello William, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad to hear that the nesting trays worked well for you. Please note that the prices of the nesting trays that you purchased have not increased for two years. Unfortunately, all carriers raised shipping costs. Your package was shipped via UPS, which raised their rates by 5.9% on December 26, 2023. Thank you for your purchase. Best Regards, Customer Support

Response from Ravenox· Mar 26, 2024
Updated 03/27/24: Hi John, the status of the rope availability changed, after customer support reviewed your feedback on 03/25. The production team reached out via email and informed you that the "black" Solid Braid Polyester rope is not available. They offered white instead. Please reply to the team and inform them if white Solid Braid Polyester rope will work for you. Best Regards, Customer Support ========== Previous reply 03/25/24: Hi John, Thank you for your feedback. Please note that the order was placed on Friday, March 22nd, at 2:21 PM, shortly before our warehouse closed. We are also closed on the weekends. Our standard shipping timeline is 3-4 business days MON-FRI. Your order should ship by Thursday, 03/28. An email will be forwarded to you when the item ships. We hope you understand and will update this review when the rope is received. Thank you for your purchase. Best Regards, Customer Support

I signed up for emails with the expectation of a 10% off coupon. When trying to use the coupon it stated that it was not valid for items in my cart. It was an order close to $200. I was disappointed that the coupon did not work.
Response from Ravenox· Mar 22, 2024

Two of the hemp rope toys came apart in less than an hour. Tighten the knots on any rope toy as they are not shipped pulled tight
Response from Ravenox· Feb 27, 2024
Hello Jerry, Thank you for providing feedback. The pictures you provided us when customer support was contacted showed the ropes shreaded. Since the rope is 100% cotton, it can frey or unravel, if dogs are allowed to chew on it. The dog toys are intended to be used for swing and toss, shaking back and forth or play tug of war. Thank you for your business. Best Regards, Customer Support

Ordered 2 ropes the same size different colors but one was tighter woven and a litter bigger around then the other one. Slightly stiffer but will work. Just needs broken in.
Response from Ravenox· Dec 16, 2023
Hello Cindy, We appreiciate you sharing your review. Our ropes are measure with a special rope caliper, to verify the diameter. When rope is freshly spooled, it can be slightly tighter than rope that was stored for any length of time, which can relax. This can cause a very slight difference in the diameter. Once the tighter rope is handled or used, it may expand slightly. Thank you for your purchase. Best Regards, Customer Support

We had asked for 500 piece quantities and were simply told that we would have to purchase quantities listed on the website. This is not good customer service.
