I order the rope and I was hoping that it was as good as the reviews had mention. I received the order very fast. The rope is very good quality. I highly recommend this product. Everything I expected.

Tough to write a review on a product just ordered. Ordering process was first rate, though😉

The online description was misleading in what you were actually getting with your order. Had to spend an extra125 dollars plus 45 dollars in shipping to get my complete order. There is more than one response stating the online information is misleading.
Response from Ravenox· Apr 2, 2021
Hello Travor. We are disappointed to see this 1-star review, as the online description is not misleading. Our website clearly states in "bold red letters" on the page for this kit that "It's everything except the gourds!" We also explained that the gourds were not included when you reached out to our customer support team earlier today. We hope you reconsider this review and update it accordingly. It is unfortunate that the notice about the gourds was overlooked when the kit was purchased. We take pride in being honest and we do not mislead our customers. Best, Customer Support

The leash is really nice, but way too big! The metal clasp is way too big really for my dogs. I have two Shitzu’s and a Chihuahua. Wish I could return. Need to make leashes for small dogs too! I did not read anywhere that the 3/8 was for smaller dogs. Maybe my mistake, but the information should be stated more clearly.
Response from Ravenox· Apr 2, 2021
Hi Amy, Thank you for your feedback. It is not specifically note that the 3-8-inch diameter leash is for a smaller dog; however, 3/8-inch is a smaller diameter than 1/2-inch. If you would like to return the product please email our customer support team at [email protected]. We will provide the return instructions. Please note that the return must be approved prior to returning it. Best, Customer Support
