I am very greatful for the professionalism of the company. I love my little Cody, and somewhat forgot the energy puppies have. I would definitely recommend the puppy spot company to help you on your next pet. I was very content with their concern and caring of my new puppy. J. Cl

Puppy spot was true to their word about the whole process, communication with puppy manager was excellent, and puppy arrived on time, delivery person was very friendly. My complaint is I don’t think they screen their breeders as well as they say they do. I purchased a German Shepherd from them and this pup clearly had not been socialized well if at all with people. When pup arrived she was very afraid to come out of crate, nearly 3 weeks later and it’s still an issue. It was clear pup was also accustomed to going pee and potty in her crate, it is a lot of work but we have managed to get her on a schedule with crate training, not interested in people pleasing or being around people, just very weird for the breed she is, i can only conclude poor breeding. When dealing with puppy spot, its a hit or miss so be careful, $4000 is a lot to spend on a pup with such a poorly bred temperament. My advise, go with a breeder you can communicate with and actually spend time with the pup before purchase.

Puppy Spot did an OK job and was very helpful during the selection process. However, there were several screw-ups with delivery of my puppy. First all was set to go with door to door delivery (that I paid for) and then they contacted me and said that was not possible and I would need to pic the puppy up at the airport. After three conversations they returned the extra cost of door to door. Second, I was contacted an on the day that the puppy was to be picked up and told the breeder fail to get the correct documentation and they would not let the puppy on the plane. Third after calling for several days they said they were working on it but did not have a new time date for pickup. Forth I was called two days later and told that the puppy was at the airport and I had not picked him up. That was the first I know of the new delivery date and was told he had been at the delivery airport for 3 hours. The airport folks were nice and took care of my puppy until I could get to the airport, but I do not know why I was not contacted and told of the new day and time before the puppy actually arrived (I could have been out of town or otherwise delayed -- but luckily was able to get there when called by the airport). Puppy arrived with all papers and despite all the frustration, miscommunication, etc -- puppy was healthy and we were ready for him.
