Very happy with your service. I have recommended it to any person that asks and believe me, when my campground is open from 5/1 to 11/1, there will be many questions about my beautiful, smart, poodle, Kampah. thanks.

Great communication. Kept me informed all along. It was about a month before the puppy could be delivered because of her age and it was nice to get weekly updates. Delivery of puppy went smoothly. Alan, the sales person was very informative and available on multiple ocassions for all my questions.

For buying a puppy online I was a little skeptical but PuppySpot assured me that I was in good hands and they were right from the beginning to when the plane arrived with my new best friend and I never had a better puppy she is smart and loving.

I am so incredibly happy with the experience I had with Puppy Spot. My pug, Norah, has been an absolute joy from minute one and the process was simple and fairly quick. I have to admit that I thought the price was a little steep, however, I've seen other sites that have been slightly less expensive but their dogs didn't measure up. I say this experience was a definite win! Kathy Lemon

And as much as we love and adore her puppy and would never give her up she has been sick since the day we got her we have her at the vet four times and the dog was supposed to come healthy there also seem to be a lot of bait and switch be wary

We have been able to speak with Paula to inform her of the support available to her and her puppy under our Health Guarantee. We continue to work with her to provide all the support she is entitled to per our program that comes with all puppies from PuppySpot. https://www.puppyspot.com/health-check

I was skeptical at first, ordering a puppy over the internet. But throughout the entire process, PuppySpot was professional, helpful, communicative and responsive. I do believe they vet their breeders to the highest levels. We absolutely love our puppy!! My only feedback is that I would have liked to have more information (videos, pictures, descriptions) about my puppy at the beginning. The website has bare minimum information and I was left feeling a bit unsure. I did really appreciate the photos of my puppy’s parents. But everything worked out, my puppy was delivered happy and healthy!!

Overall it was a good experience! The problem I faced was due to the breeder's procrastination when asked to provide an updated photo of my puppy! She was four months at time of her delivery and her photos were very old at that point. It took two weeks to receive the updated photos. My courier was very sweet, caring and gentle with my puppy! 5 stars for her! My puppy, Emmy, is a doll! Adorable personality! She is adjusting well and I couldn't be happier with her!
