PuppySpot brought me a beautiful new Family Member! My King Charles Cavalier is the sweetest girl there is. Every member of the PuppySpot Team provided outstanding, friendly results! I couldn’t be more pleased. Rob

The site was easy to navigate, and we found our puppy almost immediately. The associates kept in contact with us to update our puppy's progress until the travel date. We received our puppy with complete veterinary records, a supply of puppy food and other literature. The breeder called a week lster to checi on our puppy and to ask how we were faring. All in all, a pleasant experience. Puppyspot is truly a world class organization.

Customer service is phenomenal. My puppy was in my care 2 weeks and a day when he passed. We think it was a liver shunt. After final paperwork was submitted back to puppyspot I got a full refund within 10 days. How awesome. Would recommend them

Professional at its finest. From the very start, the representative was amazing! Answering all my wife’s questions! We were informed every step of the way. Then they delivered our little cutie pie! We love him!!

We had found a chihuahua. Puppy spot was high on the price of this puppy. The original price of this puppy was $6,900 plus the relocation fee of $1,495. This puppy doesn't have any kind of Championship papers and also was Canadian Register instead ok AKC registered. They refused to let us examine the registration paperwork for the mother or father, as well as the grandparents' papers. We ask if it would be possible to pick up the puppy in Florida because that is where the puppy was at. Even with all the negatives, we were still willing to negotiate a price. I was told that they didn't negotiate. Said all the pricing was set by the breeders. So, I did make an offer of $3,500 plus the Nanny fee of $1,495. They said the owner refused the offer but said they would take $400 off. After going back and forth on the negotiations they ended up at $8,000, we were at $5,500. The money was ready, all they had to says was lets do the deal. This would still have been in excess to what the puppy was worth. Now here is the bad part. Puppy Spot said they don't set the prices. Well, they do because instead of the pricing going back to the $6,900 price they raised it to $7,495. They have 2 puppies we wanted but not at the outrageous pricing. Most breeders have a higher price if you are looking to breed. If you are unable to breed then the price is adjusted accordingly. Puppy Spot has some nice-looking puppies but they are severely overpriced. If you do purchase from them be careful and do your research. David

We recently lost our yorkie and was looking to raise another. We called PuppySpot and they guided me the whole way! Excellent service! We discussed a few puppies and they were super knowledgable on each pup. We made the choice and along the way we received pictures & videos of the puppy. That APP was very helpful for all questions you might have. Three weeks later Frankie was brought right to our front door step! We have been in love ever since! Thank you PuppySpot!
