Although we fell in love with the puppy we got, he’s not the one we chose. We still need help to change his name on his microchip. No help through email, no call back after leaving several messages. Even tried through the app. They say there is no one available. Still waiting.

Received a puppy with ear mites, Giardia and conjunctivitis. Was told she was pad trained she is not. She will not walk outside. She eats her poop. I had to quarantine her from my other dog. Do yourself a favor and buy from a local breeder or adopt from a shelter!

I had such a great experience with PuppySpot. I was hesitant at first to purchase a puppy online, but PuppySpot exceeded my expectations in every way. From the first call through delivery, I received nothing but good communication. Everything worked smoothly and I received my puppy Cockapoo Mark earlier.I would highly recommend PuppySpot. I adore the puppy I got. He is happy and healthy, and he fits right in with my family. Thank you!

I paid PuppySpot $4,683.98 for a Border Collie puppy, I was told it was so expensive because of the guarantee of a healthy puppy. My puppy, (unbeknownst to me) had a predisposition making her fatally sensitive to anesthesia. She died while being sedated to be spayed, only 11 months after she came to my home. I paid absolute top dollar for a dog with an average life span of 10-12 years. She died a month after her first birthday. PuppySpot offered me zero reimbursement, zero refund, no action or recourse of any kind, only an empty apology. This is not okay. Their sales people aggressively marketed their “Health Commitment” policy to me, even referring to it as a “10 year warranty” over the phone. It was a lie. I am heartbroken, my pain over her loss isn’t going anywhere. I am beyond furious with PuppySpot. Please do not be PuppySpot’s next victim. Because of using PuppySpot, I am left with a broken heart, I am out $4,683.98, and I have no puppy.

I purchased a puppy from PuppySpot to be delivered October 5th. Because of weather conditions the plane did not land. There were no measures taken to solve the delivery issue. I had to go the United airlines myself to hold a seat on the next flight for the chaperone. She could not make that flight because she was hungry. There was perfect flying weather in the mornings. I arranged another flight at 6:30pm, however that flight was delayed because of fog, but the airline arranged a seat for the chaperone on October 7th at 9am. It takes approximately 1 hour to fly from SF to Arcata, Ca. Instead PuppySpot decided to return chaperone and Uma ( puppy) to Chicago and return puppy to breeder!! PuppySpot could not afford one more hour to this situation….they have no regards for the well being of the puppies as stated in their commitment to you the customer. DO NOT USE PUPPYSPOT as a business to get a new puppy. Sincerely Diane

Initial phone call ( with Lisa), was most helpful pleasant and professional. Lisa took the time to answer questions, offer useful advice and making the sale less as a financial transaction and more like an exciting and intimate puppy choosing with a friend. Unfortunately, after choosing a puppy and making the payment, all interactions was via the app. Biggest problem in my opinion is the lack of sufficient case managers and the extremely long time it took to respond to questions. Most of my ‘chat assistance’ experience was terrible! Either no response at all ( even though the print says a professional specialist typically responds within a few minutes), or, when finally did receive a response (approximately 2 weeks later), it was completely irrelevant inadequate and off topic. Throughout the entire experience I haven’t managed to physically speak with any of your representatives (other than Lisa) in spite of my efforts. Also, after travel date and location was set, for 8am more than 2 hours drive away on a weekday, we couldn’t get a hold of anyone to help us look for other options . The app even offers a button to press in case you approve, which of course didn’t work and led no where. So my main issue was the inability to obtain help in real time and lack of communication altogether. Otherwise, aside from that, we are extremely happy and content with our puppy! He is as wonderful as he was described and portrayed in his photos.

I did not like the fact that the car service company that transported my puppy did not take any of the puppies out to pee or use the bathroom during their 13 hour trip. And I did not like that my puppy came to me with a flee on his body even though his paperwork stated he didn't have flees.

It was the easiest and wonderful experience . i committed to purchasing a pet after seeing his photo on the site. They made it two easy for me to make sure my pet is healthy . Everything went smoothly from the day I committed to buy the pet. They arranged for his travel . I picked him up from the airport. And it is a love at first sight. He is so sweet and such a lover. I will do this again through puppy spot.
