The whole experience was joyful, our bundle of love ( Freya ) is home and melted right in with the family. THANK YOU SO MUCH. Working with PetStop & Premier was the best decision.

PuppySpot was always there to encourage us during our wait time. Due to circumstances beyond our control we had to delay delivery by 5 weeks. We purchased our Bernadoodle on 8/25th, and finally were able to hold our puppy on Oct2nd, 2025! PuppySpot and the breeder were quite understanding and worked with us. Each time I would reach out to PuppySpot either in a phone call, or by text message, they always answered me. This was a great experience and I would use PuppySpot again.

We're happy we could support you during the wait. It's wonderful to know the breeder and PuppySpot were understanding and accommodating regarding the delivery delay. We appreciate you sharing that our team was responsive and helpful. Thank you for the positive feedback!

Communication after initial selection and purchase of puppy was horrible! Paperwork problems prevented initial flight. Follow up was nearly nonexistent. Wasn’t able to talk to anyone at PuppySpot who would listen and address flight problems. I ended up having to book a flight to Miami from Minneapolis to get the puppy.

We’re sorry to hear about the travel and communication issues you experienced. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide. We’ve tried reaching out and would like to discuss this further—please contact us back at your earliest convenience.

Totally wonderful experience dealing with puppyspot. Our puppy arrived when we were told he would. They kept us pupdated the entire time. They were always there to answer any questions about our puppy and the process. We would highly recommend puppyspot to any of our friends and family.
