I purchased a puppy and was told delivery (yes we opted for door to door delivery) would be 2 to 3 weeks. We received notice as promised that delivery would be in 2 weeks. I called and said that we were out of town that week and asked for a one week delay ( so on the third week of the two to three weeks promised) I was told that there would be an additional upcharge of $200.00. I believe this to be unreasonable as it is was within the 2 to 3 weeks time frame I was originally quoted. Never once was an up charge mentioned. I was then told that there was no deliveries that third week ( first week I was available). And therefore be an additional $200.00 up charge because they were not available to deliver, so $400.00 in total. I have every reason to believe the puppy will be wonderful. Just feel the delivery is a rip off so watch out!!!! Ray bower

I am thrilled to be a dad once again. My boys, a Shiba Inu pike and a Pomeranian named Ichabod. I was very happy with the service Puppy spot provided. They listened to what I was looking for and they matched me with pike and then I found Ichabod that I had to have. We are outside right now enjoying the beautiful and sunny Saturday in my backyard. I would tell friends about Puppy Spot and I would definitely purchase from them again!

The puppy is adorable however he arrived 4hrs later than expected He has worms and guardia and needs medication as a result of fecal exam . This came from Breeder as i took him to the vet the morning after he arrived

This is our second experience with PuppySpot. We were lucky enough to adopt Panzer (f.k.a. Cameron) almost 13 years ago, and he has been such a blessing. When we recently lost our 15 y.o. dog, we went back to PuppySpot and found Max, now known as Rebel. He had been in his forever home since 11/6 and we are very much in love with him. We feel so fortunate to have found Panzer, and now Rebel through this company. Thank you!

There was a small lack of communication after payment was processed, but all in all our experience was really good. Everyone was very pleasant and kind to talk too.
