It was amazing!!! The amount of information I got gave me peace of mind and if I had a question they were so quick to help!! I definitely recommend adopting a pet through them :) they are absolutely amazing and so organized. If I ever buy another pet I know where I’m going!!

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. They kept in contact and did exactly what they said they would do. They even gave us an upgrade for free and an earlier delivery date.Thanks guys

The experience overall was tremendous. The downside was the follow up emails that contained broken links and when reaching out regarding those broken links, we never received a response. Overall, our newest addition is happy, healthy, and doing amazing thank you for the safe delivery.
