Difficult to understand the customer service reps with heavy accents (two people). Plenty of boilerplate emails but a couple more specific to our puppy would’ve been good. To be clear, overall experience was great, wonderful puppy arrived a week ago and now we have two Shih Tzus!

We appreciate you sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the communication difficulties and the generic nature of some of our emails. We are actively working to improve these areas for a more personalized experience.

We had a wonderful experience using puppy spot, our puppy came to us hand delivered, happy and healthy. Definitely worth the investment as our new pup is energetic and loving. The transport team took excellent care of our pup and he even smelled great! I would highly recommend using puppy spot.

Love my puppy. He came horribly matted. He was partially shaved prior to being delivered with no plan as to what was being done. For the price something a little more taken care of was expected. The "new puppy boxes" of leashes, bowls, toys etc were for 50 lb dogs not for the 5 lb dog I got. All that money down the drain. Donated everything to local animal shelter. The delivery guys were very nice and kept up communication as needed.

Beautiful Havanese puppy delivered right to my door. It was easy to set up AKC Reunite, and to register with the AKC. Puppyspot answered all of my questions in a timely manner.
