The items that you sell are affordable but very poor quality. I think it’s better not to provide them and with that decrease the good experience. Or increase the quality

The delivery was seamless. Beau and Devin kept me informed of status my delivery. They made me feel comfortable during the process. Devin and Beau made me comfortable with my delivery of my fur baby!

The puppy was delivered in good health and happy with little distress noted. She was shivering from anxiety, but it didn’t last long

It was a meh service. When you call you’re redirected to people who work from home. They are not professional and until the dog was delivered I was whole heartedly assured that it was a scam. They inflate shipping costs. Put add ons you cannot remove. I love the purchase but I would not use them again.

Everything was seamless and we even got our pup a day early due to them running ahead of schedule. We are beyond happy. The only negative was that when we got our little furball he was a bit dirty and smelled very heavily of cologne or some sort of spray so I had to get him groomed immediately the next day. Other than that everything was great. Puppyspot did reach out after and gave us $100 to go towards his grooming which was much appreciated. We are beyond happy with our little guy and would highly recommend them to everyone.
