Although the bed helped us to have a better night’s rest, the softness of the beds did not take care of our back and hip issues. We determined we needed a firmer bed. The refund of the beds after they were donated was swift and true to the warranty statement. We recommend Puffy highly on that note!!

This is THE BEST mattress we’ve ever…
This is THE BEST mattress we’ve ever owned or slept in. It’s 4 years old and it’s as new and perfect as day one. It’s like sleeping on a cloud-supportive yet plush. Ours is the hybrid in a king. I’ll never own anything else.

This was one of the best experiences…
This was one of the best experiences that I have ever had. Even though I did not keep the mattress the service and the whole process was incredible. I want to thank everyone for the professional interaction and clear company statements and promises. Well done PUFFY!

Warning!!!! Do not buy a Puffy Matteress
When I first purchased the Puffy matteress it immediately felt like it was already used. After the 101 day trial the matteress has completely failed. Wasted hard earned money and now have bad back problems. This is the worst matteress I have ever had. Do not buy. There is two valleys and a hill in the middle. It has completely failed.

My puffy mattress came super quickly
My puffy mattress came super quickly, I got an awesome deal on it, and it is SO comfortable. I stay cool at night, relax almost instantly when I lay down on it at the end of a long day, and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The puffy pillows and are also amazing. Super soft and supportive. The mattress is also surprisingly lightweight, which will be awesome when we need to move it. My old mattress was super heavy and unwieldy.
