Puffy Mattress did a great job in contracting 1800gotjunk to pick up a mattress that was shipped to me in error. I have never dealt with 1800gotjunk prior to this experience, but I was really impressed by their communication, timeliness, respectfulness and friendliness (really great guys). As usual, Puffy Mattress' customer service did a great job!

I had made a mistake while ordering my mattress and accidentally made the purchase on a credit card that I was trying not to accrew any more charges on. Maliki was able to help me refund that to my credit card and help me place the order onto my affirm account. He was very helpful with the whole. Situation. He was understanding and thoughtful about my finances. You guys are doing a great job, thank you.

I spoke with Cameron today and I will admit I had some anxiety about my purchase. I didn’t receive an email with the order information and was starting to think I may have been scammed. I did a lot of comparisons and Puffy came out as my number one decision. I’m looking forward to receiving our new mattress. Cameron was very helpful as I had a list of questions for him. I appreciate the great customer service and please take a moment to thank him for being so knowledgeable.
