Prospect Mortgage is top notch. My loan agents James Rothschild and Steve Matsua were fantastic to work with. They were friendly, professional and made the whole process stress-free. When the sale of my home dragged on (I needed to sell my current home to purchase my new home) they were very patient, responsive and accommodating. Communication is great, they have an easy online process and great rates. Highly recommend!

Our loan and credit was complex with lots of details to be worked out, and John answered all our questions, was available as needed, and came through as promised. Ali was very organized, helpful and pleasant, and Brian kept a hand on the pulse all along. We got everything we needed to get the home and we are happy.
