As this was our first time buying a house we had plenty of questions throughout the process. Agent we worked closely with took the time to answer all of them, whether through a quick text/email or in person.

I was appalled at my closing and the request for a check for $23.00 to close , as it was the laughing stock of the closing. The amount of things that needed to be provided without some logical thought was really amazing. I would not refer anyone else to Prospect and I had set up Prospect with a Realtor friend of mine for a trial mortgage run and he will do another mortgage with Prospect.

They will do whatever they can to get you the loan you need. For us, they jumped through hoops and got us the loan for our amazing house. Our loan agent Greg was polite and answered all of our questions along the way! If there is a way, he will find it!

Pollie Barnes is the best mortgage broker I have ever met and I'm sure will ever meet. We've done three or four major loans together and she is amazingly responsive and extremely smart.
