Fed ex damaged my package and now they…
Fed ex damaged my package and now they are sending back to shipper. I cannot reach Preets by phone to get my $ credited back to me

Only received the bottle
I didn’t receive the full package, just the bottle. Customer service is great and shipping was fast. When I ordered 3 bottle of scotch I didn’t receive the packaging for the bottles. So buyer beware.

I will absolutely order from them…

Easy communication and fast shipping
Preet's Barrel was great to work with for online spirits purchasing. They were easy to communicate with and provided quick responses, and they shipped out the item quickly (and securely). Look forward to doing business with them again!

Poor Customer Service
They can improve service by bothering to return customer service calls for online purchase delivery problems. Called and emailed them multiple times and never received the courtesy of a response.
